ASSIGNMENT:
Agents were hired to represent the national grocery chain in acquisition space in the Santa Barbara area.

RESULTS:
They successfully secured locations for the grocer in both Santa Barbara and Goleta. The Santa Barbara deal involved the locating, purchasing, and the entitlement of a 42,000 sf building the deal represented the first entitlement for a grocery store in Santa Barbara in 30 years. The Goleta deal involved locating a larger space for the grocer.
