DeJohn was hired to evaluate all of potential market alternatives in 2003 as to Big Dog was unable to come to terms on a lease renewal with its existing landlord. The firm had several opportunities and had made two offers on other locations. Big Dog Sportswear is one of the largest publicly traded firms in the region.
RESULTS:
After thoroughly reviewing the market, DeJohn was able to successfully negotiate a seven-year lease renewal that both Big Dog and their existing landlord.
ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS:
Have exclusively represented Big Dog since 1996 on all of their local real estate transactions.
Completed a sale lease back on their main store on State Street.
Leased 10,000 sf of office space at 25 E. Mason Street.
