ASSIGNMENT:
The Calle Real Center underwent a major remodel and expansion in 1995-96. Agents were hired by The Towbes Group to secure quality tenants to reposition the center as a major retail destination in the Goleta Valley.
RESULTS:
Agents marketed the property through local and regional channels and leveraged extensive tenant relationships with significant regional and national retailers to secure an appropriate mix of quality local, regional, and national tenants. The tenants included; Trader Joe's, Kinko's, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf , Gateway Country, Outback Steakhouse, Coldstone Creamery, Quiznos Subs, Bellyboards CafÈ, ReMax Real Estate, Carpet One, Golden One Credit Union, and others.
ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS:
Prior to joining forces with Leider on the brokerage side of the business, Clarice Cornell was the property manager of the Calle Real Center for The Towbes Group for approximately seven years.
Hayes and DeJohn have leased and sold over 500,000 sf of office and industrial space on the South Coast for The Towbes Group, including six buildings at the Castilian Tech Center.
