ASSIGNMENT:
Laguna Industrial Partners hired Cornell and Leider to lease a 37,000 sf space that had been occupied by the same tenant for 50 years.
RESULTS:
Agents secured a single tenant, Wireless Service Center, to lease the 37,000 sf space. The team oversaw extensive interior improvements, representing both the Landlord and Tenant in the lease transaction. The new tenant, Wireless Service Center (WSC), also hired Cornell and Leider to sublease 11,000 sf of the premises. They represented WSC in the sublease of the space to Santa Barbara Education Office.
ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS:
The owner of WSC, John Price, also hired Cornell and Leider to lease a 15,000 sf office/industrial building at 305 E. Haley Street in Santa Barbara.
