ASSIGNMENT:
Hired by the Santa Barbara Independent to find a new location in downtown Santa Barbara to suit its needs, which included adequate parking. Additionally, the Independent needed assistance in finding a tenant for its existing location for the remaining two years on its lease.

RESULTS:
McCririe successfully found a 7,700 sf office location 2 blocks from State Street that included 24 on-site parking spaces negotiated for no additional charge. McCririe was able to secure two tenants to take the Independent's old space and was able to negotiate a lease termination with its landlord.
